About 

Hi, I'm TJ. My two greatest passions are being a present dad and positive role model for my daughter and helping others reach their fitness goals. I have worked with all different types of people and bodies. Everyone is different and I love learning about each person I work with.

 

I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of science in health education and a minor in exercise science. I also have my International Sports Sciences Association training certification. I've worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. For me, fitness is more than just a physical pursuit; it's a journey of self-discovery and growth. I firmly believe that faith, family and fitness is the foundation upon which we build our lives and achieve our goals. As we work together, you will find that I am not only dedicated to guiding you through effective workouts and nutrition plans, but also to support you in nurturing a positive mindset.

Three Month program

Overview:
These 3 month workout plans are designed to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance mobility over 12 weeks. Each session targets your entire body with a balanced mix of exercises, warm-ups, and cool-down stretches. Workouts are scheduled three times a week, checking in one time a week. These workouts will focus on functional movements and steady progression.
